Opening General Session and Keynote Address kicks off conference

Participants learn what they can expect from this years conference

The event began with a touching rendition of the National Anthem and the presentation of colors. APCO Executive Director, George Rice, made introductory remarks about what an opportunity it is to participate in the 76th Annual APCO Conference and Expo. Rice also showed his appreciation for those who dedicate themselves to public safety communications.
