Obtaining CALEA Accreditation

CSX - Public Safety Coordination Center

The CSX Public Safety Coordination Center (PSCC) is a liaison between local emergency responders, the public and CSX transportation. It handles emergencies from vehicles on the track to hazardous material spills. The PSCC’s successful operations in dealing with these types of situations earned it a CALEA accreditation.
