More than 70 employees at CENCOM provide the citizens of Kitsap County, Washington with round the clock access to emergency services. Proactive communications and effective change management strategies reduce the stress of those 70-some professionals as well as increases their productivity and success. Not to mention reducing costs. Kitsap County went live as the first ever consolidated police, fire, and EMS dispatch center in the entire state of Washington back in 1976.
