APCOtv chats with Willis Carter about the work APCO has done over the past year and what he hopes this year's conference will achieve.

APCO International's 74th Annual Conference got underway in Kansas City, MO recently. APCOtv was there to capture all the action, including the opening keynote address from Gen. Russel L. Honoré.

While attending the APCO Annual Conference 2008, Patti VonBargen Director of Whittcom, Washington 911 and some colleagues were involved in a traffic accident. We are pleased to announce that Patti arrived back in Lewiston, WA.on August 15. She is at the Royal Plaza Trauma Care Unit and will be there for several weeks during her healing and recuperation process.
